niqab or the garb is nt new neither the inventon of islam. in fact it had roots deep in the religiousity of judaisim as also in the christainity.the living rather vivid example of such niqab of christianty still exists when the nuns use the niqab. under the concept of freedom of sex etc and to keep the women free from the dress code throwingnoff niqab became the usual affair.in between the religion of islam was much politicised under different political uses by westerneres including the selfish muslims which made anything and everything doubtful pertaining to this religion.while taking the evidentiary value of muslim lady in court under niqab any lady officer cld examine her identity wthout goining into the controversy whether it needs any judicial review of american courts or nt.? anything connected wth the morale aspect shd nt be treated so casual to make it funy . thx
