Instead of a walk around the White House lawn, the Obamas’ dog Bo got a special treat this weekend—a family trip to Mount Desert Island, Maine. President Obama, first lady Michelle Obama, daughters Malia and Sasha and dog Bo spent the weekend exploring the island. They hiked Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park, took a boat tour of Frenchman Bay, visited Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse and stopped for ice cream in Bar Harbor (where the president ordered a coconut ice cream cone). What is property?
Well, property by its simple definition is everything that exists on earth and yet belongs to none.
In the order of properties, there is the law that maintains the comfort levels of users and in those comfort levels there are judges and lawyers who have to maintain the social levels of justice not entirely based on petitions filed highlighting this or that in favor or against the involved party meaning, judges or the law seen together on any case or appeal before them besides laws should be open to grant leave to defend and not reject if the lower court has passed orders on the strength of petitions filed by the lawyers on behalf of the client that the client finds of its state of injustice just because there is an amendment to the original social law like for instance the rent control act of India that stands with certain amendments to suit the present times to accommodate landlords on their genuine grievances.
The justice in law as is moving through me has to convey that in the case of residential property, the moment landlord moves to its own property built or purchased for the purpose, he becomes a tenant owner of the property and not the landlord because landlord as title only stands with the back up of money whereas tenant is just a tenant either with or without money or with or without property anywhere.
Truly speaking therefore for all purpose of justice, the judges’ inherent concept on properties can only be taken as that it (property) belongs to none.
Now laws or amendments on original laws socially based have to be open to protect the legal “genuinely” of both landlords and tenants by definition in relation to genuine circumstances applicable where negligence of clients lawyers or their collision under the frame work of the strength of money comes into the picture for presentation or representation of cases for fetching judges’ verdict?
It is happening (the question is very deep) and it has happened in my genuine case because Land Lord’s lawyer as I understand got an earlier date order of eviction dated 5th June 2010 issued against me as a tenant where I am housed in F 20 Nizamuddin West and have been living for the last over 42 years.
My leave to defend request has been rejected by the lower court as per my lawyer’s doings.
I do not consider the present landlord as bona fide because he bought the rented property (where I am staying) from its original NRI land lord without even informing us and took shelter under the law for 5 years without even meeting us and telling us that he is our new land lord?
He had the deceit in him of evicting us for capitalizing through growing residential rates. My question for the law as the first occupant of this property is, when this house was worth fewer than 2 lacks was I as a tenant for living in this property or for acquiring property as wealth?
That is the underlying question because if I had the money I could have also acquired this property at the appropriate time in my name for my living as a tenant and not as landlord as the title goes according to me not different from a tenant or call it tenant owner?
Today, this property stands worth over 7 crores of rupees in Nizamuddin West and my bank balance is not even 50 thousand rupees as an old timer who has been outside the money world on earnings by name because of Higher Power’s basic restrictions on my psyche that was totally on loan for my total Selfless activity through the Higher Power related with earth life overall and for which I was healthily kept engaged and alive and that I call absolutely Godly by nature in me.
This man I, Ravinder Kumar is a dependent child of its family consisting of his son and 2 married daughters and my son with whom I am putting up is also in a nearly zero state on money because frankly, he did not have any back up of property money as many young people do have these days of their departed or living parents.
The question is, to meet the injustice according to me for justice, I have to lodge an appeal in the High Court and I am told that the clause against the basic rent control act that is pro landlords is depriving many genuine tenants on justice.
My new lawyer says, my case by the earlier lawyer that I had engaged for the purpose to go against the bona fide claim of the land lord has not been properly represented in exposing him and so I should lodge an appeal in the High Court to defend. “That will certainly cost money at the processing level or lawyers level that I do not have and my son is out to seek financial help on it and looking at the ambiguity of law, discretion wise, at judgment level of judges, I wonder if there is boon for me to pick up on it even after spending borrowed money if I may say so to satisfy myself”?
To end this, I would like to record the following on myself truthfully: -
I require money to purchase another property as I have no property of my own. Since, individually, I have not been in the life of material world for earnings, my bank balance is nearly zero. The reason for that has been my engagement in the works of Higher Power of Nature under the continuation step of Sri Aurobindo. My occupation continues to be as the Selfless Writer of life through the directions of Higher Power of Higher Nature to which I stand opened gracefully for life.
My wealth is my children and not money. I am therefore the property of life to fetch them property for living whose tenant I am as source at present.
Whoever represents me legally must carry this personal of mine privately as base in human terms for the judge on judgment.
“A reasonable negotiable state with land lords lawyer keeping in view the property values that entitles my family to acquire another property meeting living requirements is the only logical answer need based where tenants in relation to land lords stand qualifying rent control and amendments to the law for a true social cause and social order that protects both tenants and land lords with legal perceptions of good judgments as are always taken and those speak”.

For Obama Today blog, I would like to mention that where one is haunted or confronted with eviction order already issued, it becomes difficult for one like me (peace loving) to comply with subjects that are related in work for the global psyche through the Higher Power of its Nature.
I feel sorry for my plight on it because anything overpowering the Selfless of me would result in the surplus of Zero plus Power of its Designs that are required to go through me for the stability of life overall from the occult Divine angle. For that, the state of my physical is inherently required to be in absolute peace of self delight of existence and that is not there any more because of the atmosphere of negative charge with in my own family.
With regret, I can only say that I am alone by myself just living and stand as victim to the law of India on property.
I wish as a citizen of India I had a proper legitimate legal cover of comfort level for my work of the nature and by my mentioning this, I can blame none except to put this comment (so-called irrelevant into the account of Ignorance) just to ease myself for health on it to accept the start of this communication under the heading of property. When I had read the brief given under the title “Obama praises financial reform bill” as the concerned President for peoples what had gone through me then was “I wish I was an American citizen the Indian way for protection with legitimacy of intellect that conveys “Nothing is a waste because waste can even be boon over nothing?
President Obama I am grateful to you for tolerating with my open liberty as a foreigner. Since in your lighter moments holidaying with your family I found you walking and also enjoying a cone of ice cream I thought I should also snatch a moment of self as I am for you because the Higher Power in me of its crux takes you human to the core for all globally in strategic terms of governance that gives cool temperament over one’s temper. I thank you President for allowing me to say this personally for you in impersonal terms.

Dear Sara
I have been your old internet friend of times and I enjoyed being with you academically in terms of learning.
I am sending you this last communication to thank you for bearing with me. “Think that I am not writing this to end our episode of misunderstandings on perceptions that made us communicate because even now I take you as a good friend of times without seeking anything from you”.
You are in your own grace of God and so am I, in my own way. Only our ways are different and were different to reach the same goal and that is the reason I have undertaken to write this because you had fallen for me in your own way of grace with inherent feelings for me as an individual materially in distress and you were absolutely right.
Now after reading my communication on property you will understand how destiny has played apparently on the face as otherwise I would not be writing all this.
In the end to cherish your friendship I would only say that we are instruments as per the designs of the Divine and in the all we need to seek our selves materially not on the basis of ego; we need to accept ourselves Selfless so that we remain as cause for humanity.
With these words I say you good bye and by good bye I still do not mean that we are not good friends or have been not good friends. “Friendship actually retires to become mates for money without money for money”. These are words of God for you and me to understand. Well, as per the legal laws of India I am literally on the road “money wise” or materially because God had placed me in a world that has all the deceit, manipulation and corruption of money to test me and I have been out of it under the Grace of God. This in no way is a negative comment for India as nation – why? That is because God had stood through India for the rest of the world of life as such in its transforming affect on money through me under which you Sara have been rightly awake with your reaction of psyche on me as an individual.
