President Obama said he welcomes the news that Afghanistan will hold a run-off presidential election between current President Hamid Karzai and Abdullah Abdullah after neither managed to win at least 50.1 percent of the August 20 vote.
“I congratulate the Afghan people on the patience and resilience they have shown throughout this long election process,” Obama said. The second election will be held November 7.

Foreign policy decisions are taken over the bias that relates to the truth of the lands as is being also watched by others with a crow’s eye on it. Run off Presidential elections doubly would come to ensure the true picture of democracy emerging out of it. That is perfectly in order to sustain the global democratic order on Afghanistan.
The strategic policy based on the past of Afghanistan on Afghanistan has to be reckoned with the results of the past at the commanding level of the forces on troops for requirements right now engaged for the purpose. There should be no lull or void on that because that will hurt the disciplined sense of the commander in action for the purpose where he has to deliver his moral credibly on it for the nation?
When the new government will come into play for its peoples, only then a fresh governing view at the integral level of governments involved can be taken on either escalation or de-escalation of forces role presently engaged for the purpose. Till then what is today is today tragically or surgically and what will be tomorrow has to wait to serve.

It is not to want peace of Afghanistan to have seen the American U.S. armed forces to Afghanistan.
The United States must send the Red Cross there if The United States want peace of Afghanistan.
And if the U.S. armed forces leave Afghanistan, Afghanistan will achieve
A war for peace isn’t to care for peace more than.
A war for peace takes profit of a powerful country.
And a war for peace is only a war.
The war each other is broken-hearted.
Also, the American ground isn’t a battlefield, but American national heart of is to a battlefield, and must know it.

It should certainly not be in the interest of America and the world community that war on terror should continue to achieve peace but those engaged at present keeping in view the context of withdrawal on it have to negotiate with the concerned parties from the platform of material strength and for that enhancement of required material power should not mean its improper use of employment.
The purpose of enhancement should only be strategic in terms of self defense keeping in view the ugly situation that terrorism presents at the hands of a few disgruntled persons sold out to life where their commanders manning such groups come into the picture with a purpose of revenge on fight against terrorism that in ordinary terms has come to be called as war against terror, whereas, it should not be considered like that by the governing heads involved with it directly or indirectly and also not taken strategically as part of any government head of a country in play and if any such element as policy is seen emerging at the governing heads level of the nations, the same should be pressurized for responsibility under sanity of global strategy of peace on peace with it to eliminate such an evil that stands at the cost of basic innocence of people.
Sorry I had to make the above comment to silence the comments on it and also to put dog fights political of a nation or nations where take over on the so called war comes into the picture based on the past policy that had actually initiated it.
We all need to be wise that where suicidal acts start emerging in life, it is life that comes to warn life that culprits are not those who carry out such plans, - rather they bounce back on the creators of it to pay the price for it and that is already seen happening for those culprit heads who had at one stage become blind at the cost of lust of material power that was foreign of its origin and not indigenous where they made them stand under the pious religious bogey to achieve the material selfish purpose through Jihad? - That was really nonsense that gave birth to the falsehood of Jihad?
? – Jihad in the pure sense means struggle in the account of God or Allah for self becoming with discipline through prayers with a total inherent sense of surrender to God or Allah truly in non violent terms because in no religion of the world hatred, deceit or enmity finds a place.
Therefore, the concept of God or no God calls for religious transformations at the hands of wise religious heads transcending personal laws that incorrectly point towards wrong meaning of Jihad or is misread as Jihad?
The governing heads of nations involved have to equally respond through corrections over their own wave lengths of religious thinking connected with Jihad as that is where they have been showing themselves to foreign powers for aid while keeping their selfish interest intact by encouraging Jihad for a material equation and not where Spiritual sense alone of Jihad should be seen coming in to house the inherent religious purpose of Jihad for God, Allah or no God.
To conclude, I am neither in the defense of Obama or against it but would not like heads to roll through unnecessary arguments creating fruitless pollution in the minds of the people overall of the world on it. Thank you all.

I can ask the same question from you Who are you to question me on that “agitated” but I would not because I am humble in my own way in relating myself and to conclude on it , I would say mine has been the shortest comment and you say keep it small and simple like rest of us. What do you mean by rest of us? Are you representing “us” then please be clear on it or accept me with my comment without polluting others with your wave length because I do not mean bad for any one in life and that is my basic crux of nature for which I am thankful to you for making me write like this? You are great for my promoting a cause - Thank you very much.

No american wants a free election in Afganistan….plain and simple dearies.Conflict of Interest.Does anyone need another nutty mullah ruling the roost in Kabul?
The US will spend billions of dollars to see to it that its favorite er …… blue eyed boy …..is “elected” in a “free” and “fair” election and will spend billions on this little charade. Sometimes though little puppets quarrel and everything seems to go wrong for the puppet master..we need plan B…monay monay monay…lots of it for everyboday …its a richman’s world….and voila a government of “national unity” ! If that fails too…tut tut….the puppet comes back anyway…”tainted” somewhat….and allegations of “election fraud” will be “investigated” in due course …which means the gent might just die of old age in office and or in due course if necessary be pensioned out to a quiet middle class existance somewhere in Kentucky. .
The puppet master decides ! Rightfully so !
He is after all paying for everything.
I am glad that we will have a puppet rather than a mullah ruling Afganistan.
I am gladder still that patriotic Americans can see that their tax dollars are being put to good use.
Sorry fellas..but it wasn’t us who caused all those wars …the destruction… all the consequent hatred we see arround us……you did.
“Being Evil never pays” my school teacher never tired of telling her class.Decades later I could rephrase that to “The Evil Pay..and How!”
He he he.

A BEST SOLUTION OF AFGHANISTAN PROBLEM :
By TAHIR ZAHEER - COO (Global Business Division) - SEFEC ” (www.sefec-engg.com)
I’m totally agree with A.R.Shams (of Pakistan’s ) comments on web site of BBC.News (Have A Say) i.e. herewith as under :
“The best president of Afghanistan would be the one who can restore peace and harmony in the country, otherwise, no use of election or re-election in the country that causes unrest and loss of national economy and energy worthlessly”.
But, how is it possible? How to control Extremists, Terrorists and underground-Activists as well ? obviously, Group of 8 Developing countries of OIC & Regional players can play a positive role, only.
Of course, United State & allies are required to support socially & Politically with all Technical & Financial, Peace & development Programs & Resources, however, I won’t hesitate to repeat once again that :
“Afghanistan is a regional Problem now, so the ‘Regional-Players’ must have to feel there responsiblities to bother for”.

Dear President Barack Obama_____
A BEST SOLUTION OF AFGHANISTAN CRISIS:
By TAHIR ZAHEER - COO (Global Business Division) - SEFEC ” (www.sefec-engg.com)
I’m totally agree with A.R.Shams (of Pakistan’s ) comments on web site ofBBC.News (HAVE A SAY) against a news abourAfghanistant “What next to do ?” i.e. herewit, as under :
“The best president of Afghanistan would be the one who can restore peace and harmony in the country, otherwise, no use of election or re-election in the country that causes unrest and loss of national economy and energy worthlessly”. But, I say, how is it possible? How to control Extremists, Terrorists and underground-Activists as well ? 0bviously, Group of 8 Developing countries of OIC & Regional players can play a positive role, only.
Of course, United State & all of the allies along with UN & relevant Agencies, NGO’s& stakeholders must have to provide all sort of social & political, Technical & Financial, Peace & sustainable development support, however, I don’t hesitate to repeat once again that :
“Afghanistan is a regional problem now, so the ‘regional-players’ are actually responsible to bother for”.
And my this ONE sentence is “A BEST SOLUTION OF AFGHANISTAN CRISIS” , should have to be better understandable in perspective of recent diagnosis of reason of terror-crisis resulted to a loss of lives of peoples especially a HEAVY loss of Muslims, for that OIC have right concerns according to OIC-secretary General - Mr. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu who suggests through OIC especially by OIC Group of the 8 Countries to work out on root-causes for remedy of terror-based problems, to resolve with an integrated approach encompassing political, economic & social aspects.
Let us make an strategy for Replacement of Unites State & Allied western forces by “PEACE-KEEPING-FORCES” with mutual understanding to manage Peace & development matters by the Nearest (to Afghan-Cultural) Traditional Forces of Group of 8 Developing countries of OIC & Regional-Players along with national & international NGOs like ‘Hilal-e-Ahmer’(Red–Cross), also to extend development works on social-political-economic sectors as well as Training of Afghan Forces & law enforcement agencies to control those common elements who are required to deal for. So that, an immediate OIC-Summit to join the Heads of OIC member Countries is a ‘binding’ requirement with all ‘confidence-taking’ prior planning & measures to do so.
