The September 30 tsunami, caused by a major earthquake in the Pacific Ocean, is the most severe natural disaster to occur since President Obama’s term began, and it has directly affected the U.S. territory of American Samoa, making the disaster a domestic priority.
The earthquake, measuring between 8.0 and 8.3 on the Richter scale, was detected by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii, which then projected the path of a probable tsunami and issued a regional warning that extended from American Samoa to New Zealand. However, the wave, which got as high as 7.5 meters (25 feet), struck Samoa, American Samoa, and Tonga within just minutes of the quake, so most living there were unprepared. As I write this, news accounts list the death toll at more than 100 people.
A separate earthquake whose epicenter was 7,600 km (4,700 miles) away hit Indonesia, killing at least 75 people. [UPDATE - the death toll has climbed to nearly 800 people as of October 1.] Indonesia had previously been among those warned about a possible tsunami resulting from the quake near Samoa.
Because American Samoa is a U.S. territory, President Obama was able to declare a “major disaster” for it, and allow immediate assistance from the federal government in Washington to cover temporary housing, home and business repairs, clean-up, unemployment aid and temporary loans. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is dispatching two disaster recovery teams from Hawaii to assess the damage, and the agency is preparing to send relief supplies to survivors from provisions it had pre-positioned in a Hawaii distribution center.
The president said the U.S. Coast Guard is also being deployed to support “the deployment of resources to those areas in need of immediate assistance.”
Offering condolences to the families of those who died, Obama pledged a “full, swift and aggressive response,” and said that along with responding to the needs of the American territory, “We also stand ready to help our friends in Samoa and the region.” The United States and other countries most recently responded to assistance requests from the Philippines as it tries to prevent floods from Tropical Storm Ketsana from turning into a humanitarian disaster.

The war is related with terrorism as was declared by George W Bush and is continuing even under the Obama’s rule - because it houses America’s sensitivity for itself and the world with the brunt of it being faced by America and its allies on the job. It is here that the status quo comes of mixing whiskey with rum as drink while one is on it for consumption?
? - If earlier it has been whiskey, whiskey should stay Whiskey with tolerance and tolerance has to be from its position of strength and that is where, reinforcement of troops is required first to withdraw subsequently whenever from the position of strength at the appropriate time. This is based on the truth that Obama’s concern sincerely is selflessly based that has to envelop the involved governments with their territorial links with other lands on terrorism globally.
The network on terrorism is the giving of the past that has acquired suicidal proportion of blind madness that is of the nature self born out of the governing evolution of lands. The rouge state of lands surfaces on it only when heads who were contributor to it start rolling and brought to justice.
There is no such thing as concealed national loyalty that justifies promotion of terrorism.
The international law on justice stands for the good of life and not for criminal activities of the governing heads of lands that have been individually constitutionally of Power as dictators over the legally held norms of lands of their legal constitutions.
All legal constitutions gel well universally on laws where integration of them is also recognized by the International law.
Therefore, Can any country’s constitutional law hold jihad or terrorism legal?
? -It is for this reason that weapons role has come in with blind hits for the blind madness that has also enveloped the innocence of life for uncalled misery suffering and death?
? -To whose account that goes; obviously to the account of terrorism; so, the culprits on it could be many surviving under the cover from which the governing heads as rulers cannot escape where the criminality of terrorism comes under the rule and is conveniently made to stay out as per the legal constitution of the land.
Where Politics and power in connivance both come to shelter criminality of terrorism, well that is where the doom lies in the sense that it goes unfiltered conveniently and stays and that is where the original declaration of war on terrorism declared by Bush had come in; with what results?
? - I hope Obama will relent to a decision with global policy on terrorism that is seen retiring with self recovery through sincerity of purpose for peace.
The governing heads legacy on jihad or terrorism requires running down with justice because it qualifies criminality for criminals at the legal constitution levels of lands as well as at the level of International law of its defined forum that decides on aids and sanctions. The interrelated world of lands has to respond universally on it for economic progress of life and not where weapons are seen coming into picture to fight on territorial disputes where selfishness of acquisition at the governing levels of governments is seen coming in disregarding the omniscience of lands for its people. Remember, omniscience of land teaches hatred for none because they offer natural beauty of their own for sharing with all peacefully. It is the separatist element of life that has created all the problems because the growing vital of life has been of its base of weapons for self taming the animal in the vital for the human. Now that human is on the verge to take over the animal in the vital and vital in the human under the spiritual evolution held Supra mentally for a cause that has been accepted as change, the governing heads of life are required to stay clear from their guilt through submissions on their hidden files at a secret level of governance that communicates in governance tiding over the earlier time with the present time that is on course to catch thieves through weapons power – why, all that, “the best is to submit through the levels of subtle friendships that have been earlier on there of its concealed form of deceit that has come to reveal the nudity of lands under the subtle sense of enmity or charge qualifying occult dictatorship that now stands exposed standing as terror for life to tackle”. Is that terror’s choice nuclear or peace?
? -If it is the latter, then lands involved to fight terror have to discreetly and honestly be open to their nuclear arsenal for inspection and control and accept expertise safety norms under total surveillance and at the same time sign NPT for CTBT without condition that inherently comes to match enmity. India on it will be last to follow on NPT because of its Power position surrounded by both Pakistan and China put together? Truth is bitter to swallow but that is a fact.
India’s nuclear deal with America has been a historic exception of its kind for peaceful purposes and stands committed to that on the basis of its past reputation as peaceful power of the region.
India’s leadership cannot boast itself of being the peaceful Power; it actually is, on the basis of its constitution and parliamentary form of government stage managed by Mahatma Gandhi of India.
There are lacking and flaws in every system that we call economic of nature and that is where democracies also learn from others and bring in the transformed crux of it based on culture of the land with acceptance.
If terror has been seen affecting India it is because of basic lack of understanding by India’s Neighbors on it that the world’s eye has already clicked.
So in essence what this communication conveying is, it is not where each country is placed of its state of terror, the good effort on it would be to burry terror alive at all level of its operation with a collective unified action that should see the rule of all life into lanes of sanity because the Formless Power through Supra cosmos is becoming heavy in super naturally devastating terms to shake the lands and leaders hitting on the inner walls of the economies expected to stay near normal for recovery and economic progress and not with global warming contributing indirectly to earth shakes under sea plus the related phenomena connected with it imperfectly seen as climate change putting behind the natural seasons with untimely rain followed by storms and fires of unprecedented levels defined by different names given to it by life.
Zero plus level of earth’s life in supra cosmos is just sustaining with it dangerously because of the obstinacy levels of the lands through leaderships seen of their self centered state.
I am holding on to that zero plus level of life within me that has made me communicating with it for the self in me of Time’s Power of Krishna as Krishna whose ordinary in me of Krishna stands without a material cover of life in currency – well, that is the inherent material state of material power that Krishna regards torturous for me under human terms physically.
It is a shameful situation I continue to absorb within me on behalf of life metaphysically that otherwise has to remain calm for the calm of life. Remember in physical terms I am just a body of life that requires care at all levels of life’s comforts because my inner physical psyche is directly linked with the Absolute Divine that directs me to hold shifting my supra cosmic positions through the physical delight of Power in Power that are of the Absolute as per the Designs of the Absolute?
? -The positive of those Designs is already within me in Silence of its physical state of self delight in existence through which I was originally opened as a Krishna body of life of its evolution of Over Mind into the Super Mind for India and through India for the world in a non aligned sense during the cold war era and that now stands for a dig by me for life to be in calm and I cannot get back on it without my material acceptance physical by life in ordinary material terms of currency.
The Absolute Divine of essence finds a friend in Obama for Obama on this and that is why I have come to express this on the physical of me in distress as the life of the globe overall is and I sincerely want life to come out of it and that should not mean I am begging my physical acceptance out of it in material terms of currency because that is seen by the Absolute Divine as my moral right not of a moral arc that bends for justice but with spontaneous acceptance of my moral being Selfless who has been living to perform all the years that have gone by of me in the account of the Absolute Divine.
To conclude, it is good that Obama’s subject on moral arc has given me the opportunity to express the dissolved essence of zero plus Power of Vishnu/Brahma/Mahesh through Mahesh that has placed me in the nucleus power of Mahesh for communicating this through the Power of the Supreme Light of Lights on myself as the Krishna Being of Time’s Power as Time in the Power Timeless through the Power Timeless. That’s all there is for the physical life’s gesture on me – Thank you all reading this for the disaster that strikes in the pacific.

This may sound out of tune reading with the disaster that has struck the pacific but calls for immediate retrospection on the Absolute’s Designs on account of my nudity in physical terms by life overall by the governing states in power on me? – I was not supposed to mention this and I have done so as the straight moral arc for life that is selflessly held.
