Accompanying their father on his trips to Russia, Italy and Ghana this week, the first daughters Malia and Sasha have had an opportunity to take in the sites.
Yesterday, the Associate Press reported, the girls were spotted in Rome, making and eating Italy’s famous gelato. They then joined their mother for a private tour of the Coliseum.
As is common during G8 summits, activities have been organized for the leaders’ spouses. First lady Michelle Obama joined others for a tour of antiquities in Rome yesterday before surveying earthquake damage in L’Aquila today.

sweet kids. we should pray for a world where some of Africa’s kids will be able to have trust funds like obama’s kids.
i dont have anything against them but the role of the usa in places such as darfur and somalia, needs to be heightened if malia’s future is not going to be one of terrorism and shuttle diplomacy, like that of our generation. God bless America and the kids.

Great reading and a powerful reminder of what we as global citizens can aspire to…but please, ensure correct grammar/spelling. ‘take in the sights…not sites’.
Thank you.
